Kind words
Loved in real homes, gifted and kept
“Absolutely beautiful. It feels far more special than something mass produced, and the gold seams catch the light on the windowsill every morning.”
Emma R.
“Bought this as a gift and almost kept it for myself. The finish is lovely in person, and it arrived wrapped with a handwritten note.”
Helen T.
“The cobalt glaze is stunning. It catches the light differently throughout the day. Packed so carefully I needed scissors to get in.”
James P.
Our story
Kintsugi pottery for sale, painted by hand
Every piece here is kintsugi pottery made one at a time: unglazed ceramic painted in layers of cobalt blue or warm porcelain white, then crossed with gold seams traced by hand. No two share the same lines, so the piece you receive is the only one of its kind.
Kintsugi is the Japanese art of mending broken pottery with gold, so the repair becomes the most beautiful part. Our pieces are kintsugi-inspired rather than repaired: the gold is painted as part of the design, in the same spirit of finding beauty in every crack.

For homes, offices and venues
A single bowl on a dressing table, a pair of vases on a mantelpiece, a row of pieces along a hotel reception. Kintsugi pottery brings a quiet story into a room: that flaws are worth keeping, and that something mended can be more beautiful than before.
Questions about our kintsugi pottery
Our pottery is kintsugi-inspired. Traditional kintsugi repairs a broken piece with urushi lacquer and powdered gold. Here the gold seams are painted by hand as part of the design, so each piece carries the look and meaning of kintsugi without having been broken.
Yes. Each piece is painted by hand, so the brushwork and gold lines on yours will not be repeated anywhere else.
No. Every piece is decorative only. It is not food safe, dishwasher safe or microwave safe, and vases should only hold dried flowers.
